What’s Hidden in Your Data?

Built by a Data Scientist

Focused on Construction

I am a data scientist with over a decade of experience building predictive models and data infrastructure across loyalty, hospitality technology, and SaaS — the kind of work that lives between the raw data and the decision that gets made because of it.

The through line across all of it: taking operational data that already exists, cleaning it, modeling it, and putting the output in front of the person who needs to act on it in a form they can actually use.

I started SouthEast Analytical Services to apply that same approach to construction and real estate development. It is an industry with a well-documented productivity problem, razor-thin margins, and a remarkable amount of untouched data sitting in project management and accounting systems. Mid-size general contractors and developers do not have in-house data teams. They do have Procore, Sage, QuickBooks, and years of project history that can tell them which of their active jobs is most likely to run over budget, and why, before it shows up in a budget meeting.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions? We have answers.

What services do you offer?

We provide comprehensive consulting services in Business Intelligence, predictive modeling, and forecasting tailored for small to mid-sized businesses, particularly in construction and real estate development. Our solutions include but are not limited to: Cost and scheduling dashboards, delay and cost overrun risk indicators, and embedded analytics.

How long before we actually see something useful?

Most pilots produce a working dashboard within four to six weeks. Predictive models may take an additional four weeks.

Do you do AI consulting?

We do! AI isn’t our focus, but we do offer advisory consulting and training as well as agent building.

Do we need to replace any of our current systems?

No. Whether your source of truth is Procore, Buildertrend, Sage, QuickBooks, or a combination of all four, the approach is to extract data from those systems (not replace them). In practice this means connecting to your existing data exports, read-only API access, or a direct connection to your accounting database. Depending on your chosen solutions, this may require additional licensing or cloud costs.

Can you customize solutions for my specific needs?

Absolutely! We understand that every business is unique, and we offer customized solutions tailored to your specific requirements. We will work closely with you to identify your needs and develop strategies that align with your business goals and objectives.

What is your pricing structure?

Our pricing structure is flexible and based on the specific services and solutions you require. We offer a free initial consult that involves a 45 minute meeting to gain a surface level understanding of data needs, questions, possible solutions and likely price structures. The next step would most likely be a $4,000 deep-dive, advisory data audit to provide targeted recommendations for solutions.
